I received voice mail from Nicole Moore of A1 Processing and Investigations.  She said it was an important legal notice that a pre-litigation complaint had been filed against me for defrauding a financial institution and breach of contract.  She failed to mention the name of the financial institution supposedly involved or any other particulars.  She asked me to contact an attorney at (877) 563-8664, otherwise they would send someone to my home or work to serve process.  She also mentioned the call was being documented and would be used against me in court.  I searched online and found several reports of similar calls from the same company at a different number.  I did not return the call, as this seems to be a scam.
