They called to follow-up on an internet request on a car.  Once I told them I found another, they pleasantly told to congratulations and thank you for the inquiry.  That was my first and only call, so we will see what happens from here.  One call to follow-up even if standardized like this doesn't bother me.  If there are more, I will update

A woman called saying I inquired about a Mercedes online, which I never did. She left this message & number with my mom but no name. I called back but didn't get anyone.

If youve inquired over the internet about a car from a dealer this number will call you,  answer it and wait. it then connects you to that dealer.  They have no idea who you are and want your name to see what its about.  i refused and told them not to call back but the calls are made by a third party so I suspect i will continue to get calls

What I find annoying is that you submit your information online and then they CALL you.

I can't talk dufus brain, that's why I asked for information via the internet.

They told me they wanted to "rape my dog".. the caller just laughed and hung up

I was trying to search cars online. A window pops up and I started to fill out the information then realized they were asking too much info. So I deleted all my information and closed the website. Within minutes I started to get phone calls... Another reason to hate car dealers.
