Number is for Microsoft Canada but the "Indian Accent" caller was trying to get visa information. Obviously a spoofed number and a scam.

spoke to Shaw and they were not able to assist me so provided 877-568-2495 - spoke to fellow who immediately request to remote access my computer - no, I advised I will provide him with my concern and go from there - funny, he wasnt able to assist me without access to my computer - when I explained that I was very hesitant to do this he was not even trying to ease my mind -

Computer generated voice prompts to press "one" ... well, of course!
"Hi We are calling from Windows refund department we inform you that we are facing server issues so we will not be able to provide you the promised computer services so we are refunding your money"

Thy called today, provider listed as telemarketer.

Caller said that microsoft was discontinuing support.

I got a pop up from Microsoft and Google security and to call that number.. hesitant but did then they asked about what I use it for and address and phone number but refused then the shut off all security and can’t access computer now
