    Mike, that is the correct phone number for PayPal's Customer Service. I haven't gotten a phone call from them, however, I did get my Form 1099-K from them for 2021.

    I just got this too.  I found out there is a business account created under my info.  They are stealing our identities.  Escalate this to Paypal ASAP.  Have them lookup the account number on the 1099-K form.  That is how the lady at paypal found it.  Some company in Europe did transactions for 4 months under my info.

    I got this too and I called Paypal. I have no merchant account with amounts totaling what they claim. Do due dilligence and call a lawyer

    I just called the number and it's for Parters in Participation LLC , not for PayPal.
