Called said from the office of Jack Prescott on a claim I don't have.  Said to call the above number back before 5pm. I called and it was a man. I don't them I have no claim with them and they said they would take me off the list.  I had a similar call about a month ago

I had the exact same Situation happen to me. I don't have a claim either.

Received a call and voice mail from this number. They didn’t ask for me. Said they were calling for my son-in-law! Sounds fishy to me. This is the third such scam I’ve received in the last 6 weeks.

I've received 3 calls from this number (877-569-4526) in the past week-and-a-half. A woman, who identifies herself as "Kelly Ortiz” (sp?) … or perhaps she was giving me her nickname around the office: “Kelly, or-Tease ... your choice!” And, right from the very first call onward, she always says the same thing first ... that she has left NUMEROUS messages on my voicemail and, yet, I have not returned her calls! (Here’s a little tip for you, honey. When your telephone personality screams “RABID!!!” … don’t hold your breath waiting for call-backs. Just sayin’, y’know?)

She then confers upon me a "file number" I must refer to when I call her back and, as with everyone else, she stipulates ... “NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM (EST)!!!” of that same day. (Angrily demanded, of course!). Otherwise, she’ll be forced (At gunpoint, perhaps? Dare I hope?!?!?) to forward my file to “The Outer Office” (OooooOooOOOoo ...  NOW you have me shakin’ in my shoes, lady! <Snort>) … as though I am a high school student caught smoking in the girl’s bathroom and I’m being sent to the principal’s office (shivering in fear). (Oh, no!! Puhleeeeze, Teacher, anything BUT thaaaat!!!)

In any case, prior to a week-and-a-half ago, there were no “numerous” calls from this woman or that number, ergo, no multiple voicemail messages left for me either. Nor has this woman ever mentioned why she is calling me or who she is supposedly representing, much less why she (or someone) deemed me worthy of creating a file for!

Therefore, I will not be returning her calls … ever! However, if she thinks otherwise, she must have the mental capacity of a dill pickle!
