this is a debt collection agency that can't seem to get their records straight. They call me all the time looking for a person I've never met. They won't remove my number from their directory.

Can these people call your place of employment?

this person left a message on my home phone and cell phone and said they were letting me know they have an affidavit and papers to serve me and that this is a lawsuit againt's me. They do not leave any information regarding what it is just a file number and this number.  The original number that called was an 813 number.  They then called a friends house and told them that she better tell me that they are going to be serving me papers on Friday and she better let me know.

Comments:
Upon first call, Melany said the company was both a real estate company and a pre-litigation firm. She transfered us to a woman named Karen, who denied the part about the real estate company. She said the 888-830-8620 number was no longer in service (we tried it. Karen lied.) And, she said the fax number listed above was not in service. Well, we confirmed it is a fax number and it is in service somewhere.

SCAM! No license -- not even in Florida. They are hiding behind a PO Box, collecting payday loans with usual threats of lawsuits, using phony name. There is nothing legitimate about this group of illegal debt collectors. These are debt collection cockroaches, stay away from them, they cannot do anything beyond telephone harassment.
