I also received a phone call from this number, sounded like a call center in the background of the voicemail, no words spoken on the message.  I don't owe any money.

Get a call regularly from this number. Often they hangup before I can answer. Interesting to see so many others with this issue. Ah, technology.

Don't ever pick up this phone number. A lady called and asked for verify acc# and ss# ???. I hung up phone right away.

This lady call my phone and asking for personal information. She said that she is from the closing Service but she barely spoke any English. And she would not tell me which company she were working for until I give here my phone number and address. I told her I wouldn't  give her that information until she give me her company name and she said that she would have the loan service call my phone back... But no one ever call.

I received call from this number and in looking up who was calling was told this is not a valid number.  Person ID as Sara Begs wanted me to give personal information to ID my account.  Told her "NO".  I am current on all bills.

This is an outfit identified as Land Safe Credit.  According to the internet, they process Credit Reports, combining information from the credit bureaus as well as calling creditors and landlords to verify the applicant's information.  Allegedly they do credit reports for people attempting to get a loan to purchase a residence.

The calls are from Landsafe a subsiderary of Bank of America who generally give out appraisal assignments to appraisers.

I can't believe that some six years later they are still in business.  I get two calls a day on my cell.
