Scam robocall saying I must sign some paperwork by the end of the day.  Did not even bother to identify themselves.

Scam robocall saying I must sign some paperwork by the end of the day.  Did not even bother to identify themselves.

They keep calling and leave a message for another person who I don't even know, they leave detail information about the account on my message, this is against the privacy act.

Hey,  they are calling a cell phone in Canada leaving a message  saying I must sign some paperwork by the end of the day or they will take legal action. . Don't they know its illegal to leave threats on a phone or in person in Canada

Called my work  nubmer and left me a message saying I needed to sign paperwork by the end of the day . Didnt leave who they were or who it was for

They left me a message stating I needed to sign some paperwork or they are going to proceed accordingly.  The didn't leave a message stating who they are.  Just the threat.

When I called the redial number, I reached someone who said he represented 13 different companies and wanted my phone number - none of which he would tell me.  He threatened me with repeated calls and also threatened to hang up - don't do me any favors!

They never say who they are calling for, or who they are! They just leave a message stating I need to sign some paperwork or they will take further action. Got the same message today with them using another number 1-866-804-8422. Have no idea what there talking about I never received any paper work??

If you wish to discuss these pending actions that may be filed against you you can contact the firm and control this matter You could reach them directly at 877 574 8262 Please be advised of this call has been logged and submitted as proof that you have been notified of this, pending matter and failure to respond, will result with the department proceeding Without your consent…”

Almost the same as Nana, explained above. Except the name and address was for my son living 70 miles away, and the name give was Jason Evans, not Sarah Marshal.l

I got the same call from Sarah Marshall from the same phone number twice yesterday, but she left a message for a relative that lives 4hrs away. Got another call from an 816 number after that. Didnt answer that call either and they didnt leave a voicemail.

I Received the same message.
