So we've gotten two of these in one day from different "800" numbers.  Calling to have the number removed never works -- they seem to just keep changing the number they're calling from.  They list fax-halt.com, fax-stop.com, or something similar for removal.  Riiiiight.

Same junk fax as everyone else here.  Like Fed Up in Texas said, they just keep changing their phone numbers.  Other number that they are using are:

I received the unsolicited fax, called the # listed for removal for the 3rd time.  I then called the company to ask how they liked me calling to waste their time, like they wasted my paper and ink.  The person who answered (male) used very bad profanity, and actually sang a song using the worst words imaginable.

Just program you fax machine to fax the junk back to the VOICE number.  Stupid scammers will answer and get a fax tone. Make sure it retries the maximum amount of times. This cuts into their illegal profits and just plain feels good. And it frees you up to do other things while the fax machine takes care of them.

For what it's worth you can also file complaints with the FCC.

I just wanted to offer up a warning to all that get this fax, this company is in the business to decieve consumers into thinking that they are offering a Health Insurance Product, when all they are doing is offering a discount program.  They may imply that they are with my website and business "PremierHealthNetwork.com" which is inaccurate.  A complaint has been filed with the Department of Insurance, and they are looking into this company.  

When you challenge these individuals over the phone, they simply hangup on you, and hide behind their 800 number, using it as a vail or cloak.

If you have been affected by the individuals that are faxing out this document, please contact your states Department of Insurance and let them know your experiance with them.  Please help get the world out about this company and it's practices.

I received two of these faxes and I called the voice number. The first person to answer hung up on me when I said I was not interested in their health plan. I called back and spoke with a "floor manager" who claimed the business was called American Business and Consumer Association which, or course, does not come up in an internet search. Then he said the faxes come from ABC Global in Mumbai India, which, as expected, also does not come up in a search. After telling him I want the faxes to stop, he said he would "put in a request to have my number manually removed." I'll believe it when I see it.
