Junk fax advertising some bogus health insurance plan.    "Removal" number is 877-280-8277 or www.fax-stop.com.  But I'd better hurry because the promotion ends today LMBO!

The receiving of unsolicited faxes is illegal: The FCC can issue warning citations and impose fines against companies violating or suspected of violating the junk fax rules, but does not award individual damages. If you have received a fax advertisement from someone who does not have an EBR with you or to whom you have not provided prior express permission to send fax advertisements, you can file a complaint with the FCC. There is no charge for filing a complaint. You can file your complaint using an on-line complaint form found at  esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm. I agree... and thanks for the remider... same applies for the phone calls received from a group stating that they need to get into your computer because you are at risk or loosing data... BIG NO-NO...Also can be reported to Federal Trade Commision as named above.

I just wanted to offer up a warning to all that get this fax, this company is in the business to decieve consumers into thinking that they are offering a Health Insurance Product, when all they are doing is offering a discount program.  They may imply that they are with my website and business "PremierHealthNetwork.com" which is inaccurate.  A complaint has been filed with the Department of Insurance, and they are looking into this company.  

When you challenge these individuals over the phone, they simply hangup on you, and hide behind their 800 number, using it as a vail or cloak.

If you have been affected by the individuals that are faxing out this document, please contact your states Department of Insurance and let them know your experiance with them.  Please help get the world out about this company and it's practices.

How do I stop these faxes..........???

 No fax number comes over, Just annoying Health Insurance Spam!!!

I get their fax regularly.  Today I called and talked to a representative and took 10 minutes of his time pretending to be interested in buying their "insurance".  I think I could have kept him going for at least for another 10 minutes but I was starting to get bored.  Then I asked him to write down my phone number; then I told him that was my fax number and . . .; then he interrupted me and called me an a-- h--- and said he was going to send my fax number to "marketing" and they would send me a million faxes.
