Claims to be robo call from "CVS CAREMARK' and "AETNA HEALTH", calling about a refill on a drug "starting with M". No business done with CVS, so there would not be any prescription to re-do. At best it is a scam.

Continues to call about prescriptions months later. Blocked since last report, but still tries.

I have to use CVS; if this was CVS, they would leave a message, and send a text. Don’t think this CVS.

Affiliated w/ Blue Cross . So apparently if ur a Blue Cross member they can call u ??!! I did not find this out till i called Blue Cross for a medical question & it mentioned to speak w/ cvs caremark press 2 ? I actually spoke & called to a cvs caremark representative & stated -i do no business w/ or want to w/ cvs ,so remove my name & place me on the internal DO NOT CALL LIST. I then asked the rep. for e-mail confirmation. WHAT A MISTAKE !! I gave them my e-mail & then they repeatedly junk mailed me. AFTER I TOLD THEM TO NOT CONTACT ME. & FURTHERMORE THEY DID NOT CONFIRM BY E-MAIL THAT THEY WILL NOT CONTACT ME ANYMORE. NOW FILING A COMPLAINT W/ THE F.T.C. & ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE OR ABIDE BY THE DO NOT CALL LAWS 7 SHOULD PAY THE PRICE FOR NOT FOLLOWING IT !!

Caller Id indicated "SPAM RISK".  They claimed to be CVS CAREMARK' and "a name of a garbled company I could not understand"  calling about a refill on a drug "starting with M, they used a first name.  Asked if it was me I said no, never ever say yes, then said they would wait for me to answer or would leave a message then asked if this is a wrong number.  I opted for wrong number.  First of all, no pharmacy or CVS for that matter will refer to a prescription starting with a letter, Second I do not use CVS or CAREMARK.  I dumped them long ago because of rude employees.
