This appears to be a scam. I keep getting texts like this from mobile #51098: "We keep missing you, call Comenity Bank RE: VICTORIA'S SECRET @ 877-591-2662 or cbnk.co/WD9FH8NUE3. To stop texts reply STOP for help reply HELP."

Well, Comenity Bank does issue those credit cards.  Not sure why you are saying that it is a scam since you did not provide any more details.

Same text as most of you - from Comenity Bank.  Called their customer service number instead and got put in automated phone hell.  Blocked all numbers

Got a text from Comenity Bank - Catherines Credit Card - I called because I had missed my payment I was on hold for a long time so I got suspicious and hung up.  Look at all these calls all say they are from Comenity Bank I think this is an Inside Job!

anybody smart enough or with some common sense would come to realize that the Real comenity bank has a different address and different phone number . Someone smart would know to call the number on the statement not a random link . Red flag if you don’t have a account with them . That’s why we call it scam ! Good enough ?

Well, I never said it was not a scam now did I? I only question how they came up with that assumption.  Now the real question is why are you here?  You did not get a call from this number or a text since you did not post about it.  That means that you looked up my screen name to post one of your idiotic lame troll posts.  You really should get a life.  One that keeps you from trolling the internet like you normally do.  You can do one of two things.  You can prove that I am wrong by posting your own verifiable , reliable quotes and citations like I did or you can go crawl back under your rock and lick your wounds.  My guess is that you will have to do the latter.

Received text similar to others.  The domain is accurate for Comenity, but the prefix is unfamiliar.  This suggests their site has been hacked, and likely their customer database.

Seemed scammy, so I didn't respond, call, or look up the website.

Called the number on the back of my card & I don't have a payment due until the middle of next month.  Seems like a scam but is a bit concerning that they know my name, my cellphone number & that I have a Lane Bryant charge card.

I got a text re: Carter's card too. Mine was from 51098.

Urgent text about Romans and Lane Bryant. This was after several calls from a blocked number. It was to my wife’s phone and I answered it. They wouldn’t tell me what it was about other then the said “a bank” needed to reach her immediately. I told him I knew he wasn’t calling from “OUR bank” and to quit calling. I hung up. SCAM!
