- Lena replies to BigA| 2 repliesanybody smart enough or with some common sense would come to realize that the Real comenity bank has a different address and different phone number . Someone smart would know to call the number on the statement not a random link . Red flag if you don’t have a account with them . That’s why we call it scam ! Good enough ?
- BigA replies to Lena| 1 replyToo bad your reading comprehension isn't up to snuff
Then you are claiming that they only have the one address and one single phone number? Let's look shall we? According to the BBB this is a multi location business and they list 6 pages of addresses: https://www.bbb.org/us/oh/columbus/profile/cr ... -bank-0302-6558Quote:anybody smart enough or with some common sense would come to realize that the Real comenity bank has a different address and different phone number

So it looks like they have a lot of different phone numbers, one for each credit card.Quote:Each Comenity Bank credit card has a dedicated phone number that can be found on the back of your card. Alternatively, you can look up your co-branded card’s customer service number online.
The only two statements that I could agree with.Quote:Someone smart would know to call the number on the statement not a random link . Red flag if you don’t have a account with them .
Well, I never said it was not a scam now did I? I only question how they came up with that assumption. Now the real question is why are you here? You did not get a call from this number or a text since you did not post about it. That means that you looked up my screen name to post one of your idiotic lame troll posts. You really should get a life. One that keeps you from trolling the internet like you normally do. You can do one of two things. You can prove that I am wrong by posting your own verifiable , reliable quotes and citations like I did or you can go crawl back under your rock and lick your wounds. My guess is that you will have to do the latter.Quote:That’s why we call it scam ! Good enough ? - ALICEI GOT A TEXT FROM 877-591-2662 Claming tax time let pay off your Roanan bill. - Concerned CitizenReceived text similar to others. The domain is accurate for Comenity, but the prefix is unfamiliar. This suggests their site has been hacked, and likely their customer database.

Called the number on the back of my card & I don't have a payment due until the middle of next month. Seems like a scam but is a bit concerning that they know my name, my cellphone number & that I have a Lane Bryant charge card.- Caller: Scam
