Daily voicemails claiming a google listing isn't verified. Calls always come from a different number but the recording is the same and asks for calls to this number. This is a long running scam and it's not clear exactly why as we would never give them access to our business listing so how could they possibly do anything to help us.

Call originally came from 901-587-6306‬. Scammers spiel went as follows : "I'm attempting to contact you regarding your Google My Business listing. Our records show your listing is either not verified or missing important information keeping your customers from finding you. Please press one now so we can verify your Google my business listing. If you are the business owner, press one now, if your account is not verified customer searching for your services on Google may not find your listing, press one now to verify your listing or call 877-594-1885."

100% fake, I have no website or google account but the calls come from different numbers and frequently. This is how people choose to spend their time and lives. Their families must be quite proud.

Repeated weekly (M-F) calls from a variety of (bogus) numbers, all of March and into April. Leaves recorded message that I need to confirm my Google listing or my business won't be found. Press 1 to confirm, or call them at 877-594-1885.

Faaaaaake, wasting time

Same experience as above. When one called the number left in the VM, I was only given the option to opt-out.

How are these people still in business?  Isn't there specific rules for autodialing over and over and over again?!?  First, it was "google business listing", then it was "alexia voice listing", now it's "local" listings - and every time you can hit that #2 to be removed or call this number (which doesn't work most of the time) and they NEVER remove you.  It's been over 6 years of the same calls with no fines and multiple posts on this website and FCC complaints.  When will it ever end?

Phone calls to businesses are not regulated unless they tie up more than one line at a time.

My work phone gets automated calls EVERY day from area code and prefix 910-855 (Gibson, NC) from "Search Local" asking me to verify my Google listing and press 1 to verify and 2 to be removed. This caller leaves voicemails if I ignore. I hate these people and wish the government and or Google could shut them down.

THESE ARE THE ST DATA PEOPLE - now calling themselves a different name.  Just trying to keep 800 notes up to date in case someone actually does something about this abusive company.
