    The Comcast job position is for "Tele Sales" posted on RealJobPostings by a  Job Screening company (ManpowerGroup) with this number as a callback.
    That said, its always possible a scammer could call and phish you for personal information, so be cautious of any caller, especially if you did not inquire about a job.

    Never trust a caller to be who they claim, always call from an official number to verify if they did call.
