these slimbags beat me out of 86.93 for some kind of teeth whitening stuff that i never recieved, nor authorized, when i called they tell me there is nothing that they can do. they gave ma an address of ...3600 ARMY POST RD, DEMOINES, IOWA, 500321. ILL BET THIS IS SOME KIND OF SLEEPER CELL THAT STEALS YOUR MONEY,THEN FUNDS TERRORISTIC ACTIVIES AGAINST THE U.S.A.

These people took $86.93 out of my account for something I never ordered or received. They refuse to reverse the charge insisting I received this product for teeth whitening. I stopped all action on this Nov. 17 never receiving any product to begin with. They refuse to allow me to speak to a supervisor saying I received something and deal with the postal service if I have an issue. I am afraid They will continue to go into my account.

i live in UK and have been scammed by these dirtbags too.  I have stopped my visa card as a security measure.  At no time, when i applied for a trial sample of the tooth whitener(which i purhchased as Dazzle Smile) did it say anywhere that i would be charged again---and for what?? My cse is in the hands of my Banks Fraud Dept in UK...steer clear...also, Google Varimi LLC....same people? Same scam? See what you think

i just called the smile bright number that charged me 86.93 and i canceled my account and he said when i receive the package, to put the account number id and send it back and they will refund the 86.93. The package is supposed to be here in three days and i'm going to call again before sending it back to make sure i get the 86.93 back. I can't believe there doing this everywhere!

You'd think we'd know better by now!  Be sure to inform your bank - they will remove it.

Yep! I was ripperd off too.. I just got off the phone with the customer service and it seems that if I go through a big hassel the charge may be removed!

They got me to. Same m o .On my bank statement it says there in ohio dont know if thats true or not.I called my bank and there refunding my account.
now Iam calling the attorney gen in the state there located in and my state. Everyone should do the same. Lets stop these scum bags. The girl I talked to was Alba #57885 what a [***]!

This is the letter I sent those folks who got me through their internet ad. I did talk with customer service got a number to return the product, sent it in with this letter and was still charged $86.93 on my credit card with a transaction date of 12/11 and posting date of 12/14. I had already notified my credit card company and don't think I will actually be paying that money. Add another alias: SUP SMILEBRIGHT, 877-594-7850 in Ohio. My local Better Business Bureau was very interested in this scam.  There is another group doing it as well: Natural Source Store,
4051 SW 47th Ave., Suite 101 and 102, Davie, FL 33314. aka South Beach Brite, and NSS SB Brite. They got me for $79.95.

My credit card company, Bank of America, will dispute any further charges since I notified your company yesterday (12/1/2009) to end my "subscription" by phone and today by letter and return of merchandise.  I have reported this to my local BBB and will do so with the BBB in Colorado as well.  Cute how you are” listed” as reputable at the bogus Better Business Bureau site, betterbusinessbureau.org.

My RMA # is 838277. The outside of my package lists DZW28165553330.

Today the person at SmileBright told my credit card company that they had not received my return, sent 12-2-09, that I did not follow procedures in their email (that I never received but they said I did of course)by having the package insured so they could track it with the USPS trackin #. Since I didn't follow procedures, so sorry, cannot refund the $79.95. I disputed the charges and will see what happens now. I hope everyone reports these activities to their local BBB.org NOT BetterBusinessBureau.org which is NOT the Better Business Bureau.

they took me 5 times for $86.93 $81.54 , 2 x $89.37,and $85.57 they use other names like dassle smile, clean whites,health cleans,smilebright, worldfit,ultifresh,pristene health, they are out of the country but they send out thier products from Colorado.I disputed this with my visa company and got all my money back.  if your visa company does not refund it then turn in your visa company to your state attorney generals office.
If your visa needs a return reciept then glue the package back together and bring it to the us post office and refuse delivery. they will give you a reciept as proof for free but ups will not. one week after I won my dispute I started getting hang calls from colorado 1-303-771-1143 this was traced to a pen company
1-800-448-1541  check your visa for a second bill of $24.13 that is them also.  If you need a address to send it too, fulfillment center 22100-E 26th Ave,#100 Aurora, CO CO 80019  It makes me wonder whats in this stuff, it could be white out for all I know.

they will go ino your account another 2 or 3 times, I blocked them and they still got through because they have several different names, its like blocking junk mail. also look for other charges under other names like a charge of $24.13.  this post is only one of the several names they use.

I went through the EXACT same thing!!! It pops up from viewing Smile Bright. No small print of the added EXTREME charges! I wish you the best of luck!
