I received a call from a restricted number twice in a row, followed by a call from a NY based cell phone number, from which a message was left by a woman named "Macy" stating that a claim was filed against me and that they needed to confirm either my home or work address so that I can be "served."  I was given a case number and this phone number to call.  Told this was my "one chance" and that I had been notified.  This woman then called my husband's cell phone with the same message.  I later found out that she called my office this morning too demanding to speak to my supervisor.  Our receptionist is a fantastic lady, though, who told her off.  I do owe payday loans, but this is ridiculous behavior that is against the fair collections practices.

I got the same calls and I spoke with these people. They are trying to scam. I had payday from soniccash and now I can't access the website but these people are calling asking from much more that what I even owed.
