These people need to get a life.  I never been harassed so much in my life. claiming a lawsuit is being filed against me regarding a loan in 2010. I did not take out a loan. stating they are trying to settle a loan before you are served to go to court. if this is true why no notification is sent to the known address if you know so much. I am tired of these call.  also be aware of a call coming from 911. they try emergency number also.

I have gotten two phone calls now ON MY PERSONAL CELLPHONE from a Provisional Risk Services (from a phone # 484-206-7873 in West Pikeland PA which for me would look like  a cell phone to answer) and said (also in a foreign accent) her name was Stacey (no last name) from a Provisional Risk Services whom I've never heard of stating they are pursuing legal allegations at my place of business and residence after which I've never received anything in the mail regarding anything with this company or have done anything illegal or near requiring legal actions brought against me and told me to call at number 1-877-595-1972 with a Case ###### to resolve this issue prior to being caught at my home or place of business. I will certainly filing a complaint with the Attorney General and calling one of the credit reporting company (Experion, Transunion) and add a fraud alert, contact my bank and NOT MAKE any payment arrangements or even attempt to contact them to even acknowledge their phone call or threat or Harrassment.  I will also file a complaint with Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.IC3.gov.

Overseas scammers.  Call blocker might be of some help.  Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd.  Or where there is no caller ID.  There’s  no way to stop the calls from being initiated.   I think they are located in Jamaica.

Received a phone call this morning, on my cell phone, for my husband. It was from 412-218-1376, from Carnegie PA. Said they couldn't give me any information unless I gave them the last 4 # of his social security. Said that it was the arbitration dept. in an attempt to collect a debt. I honestly was completely duped. I gave them the #'s. Stupid. She (Shauna~ with a U, not a W she informed me) said it was a PayDay Loan that my husband never paid back, despite attempts to call him, and email him. They said the restitution was $2535 and that if we made a payment today, they could take a settlement before it went to court down to $2000. Said that the plaintiffs of the case were JD Marketing, Midland Financial LLC, and West Gate Group.  The number they gave me to call back was 877-595-1972 ext 2008 reference # 328267. They also called my husband's place of employment and asked for his supervisor. His HR dept, hung up, as they thought it was a scam.  I feel like an idiot. We are also calling our bank for a fraud alert, and will do as Heather (Above) said~ to call the credit reporting agency, and let the attorney general know what's going on.

Calling saying they are calling to collect payment from payday loan. From 2009 then when I questioned them they changed the date to 2012. Tried of receiving these fraud calls. They are also calling my under aged sons cell phone as well.

Pretty much the same story as the other comments on here.  I got phone from "Peter Jones" with a foreign accent claiming he was with Provisional Risk Services state of California and that they were going to pursue me at my home and work to collect a debt and they were getting ready to file in court.  Funny part is he hesitated 1/2 way through the message like he was reading from a script.  Told me to call the law department 877-595-1972 ext 2017, but caller ID showed a 425 area code which is my area code.  Never called them as this is a scam.  Filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency and they are even having a hard time contacting them.  Don't give them any personal information or money.  File a complaint at http://www.consumerfinance.gov/ and also with your attorney generals office.
