We all know there is not a market for time share selling.  However I did post my timeshare for sale on RedWeek.com.  I had it posted there for rent and I did rent it for a week so I thought for $59 what the heck.
Yesterday I got a call from a man representing Vacation Property Management Services.  He had a buyer for my timeshare.  Wanted to know how I came to the  price I was asking.  I told him I had researched the going price.  He called me back to tell me I was highly undervalued,  he was going to sell it for me for $3,000.00 more.  I asked what it would cost me and he told me they worked on commission and the buyer paid the commission.  All I would have to pay is the transfer fees which would run about $1600 to $1900.  Today the buyer was coming in to fill out a credit application.  I have been researching all day.  Thanks to this site.  I found that the FTC filed a restraining order against them in Florida.  They are now working our of Delaware.
Just beware.....If it sounds too good to be true it isn't true
