By your company taking all our personal info on your application and not at least calling back is alarming. If you don't think so then I challenge you to fill out an application with all your personal info, send it to me, and I will hold on to it for as long as I want. Would that make you feel comfortable not knowing who I am or what I may or may not do with it? You HAVE to sign an "employment"  contract ??? Maybe I'm out of touch but I never heard of it..??  Does that mean once you sign their paperwork they own yoy???
