I got a call from this number and ignored the ring since the number was not familiar.  It was the day of a supposedly record snow fall The caller left a message.  THEY DID NOT SAY IT WAS CON EDISON!!! I was asked to press 1 if my account...which account??? what company??? at ... they gave my address belonged to me and 2 if the account did not belong to me.  Since the caller did not identify its self I did not press either 1 or 2. I hung up.  I really think that if it was CON ED they would have identified themselves in the initial message.  They could also notify their customers to expect such calls.  Very poor customer service if it actually is Con Edison.  I am going to call the company.
