After reading to find out who the automated call was from, I did call back.  It was a typical customer service call  thanking me for my past business and hoping I come back again this year.  If you have paid them back, then maybe they are not calling to harrass you.  If you do still owe money, maybe you need to call back and make payment arrangements.  I once (about 12 years ago) had to do that when I was in the middle of a divorce.  They handled it quite nicely, and 2 years after it was paid, I was offered a line of credit with them again.  Of course, I refrained from using objectionable swearing and name calling.  I understand the frustration, as I was there with several companies at the time of my divorce.  No child support coming in, him not helping pay the bills that had both of our names on them.  But it was not there fault, and not being obnoxious, I believe helped my case with all my creditors.  Try it.

I just got a call today from Swiss Colony.  I have lived in the same place for over 6 years.  My phone number is listed.  I have never gotten any calls from Swiss Colony until today.  I do not answer the phone because I have no orders from Swiss Colony.  So, if they say I have a debt, I just don't want
to get in a shouting match.  I filed bankruptcy in 2005, and Swiss Colony was on that.  So, there's no way they can still collect money from me.  I have received a catalog from them but I am not ordering anything.  And, if I answer the phone, that will give them a chance to reset the date on whatever they
think I owe.  Since I live by myself I don't have to answer the phone.  And, I won't answer unless it's a friend.  I do not answer any unknown name, unknown number, or out of area calls either.  These are tricks that Portfolio Recovery uses.  I don't know anyone with an unknown name or out of area.  Therefore, I don't answer.

Then you must be extremely stupid to not even consider reprting someone you claim harrasses you 20 times a day! You are lying and you know it! Pay up and then shut the h@ll up I say!

Swiss Colony calls several times a year to offer a special they have running at the time. It could very well be that. If you don't owe anything then they are simply wanting you to know about a  special they are running. Stop being so dang suspicious!

Swiss Colony collections???????Ok so why am I getting calls from them? I've never ordered any of that crap and l never will. If they listen to the voicemail they will hear my name...and my business name. Yup it's my business number which is why I don't pick up 800 or 877 numbers I don't have time for that BS. So keep calling I won't answer.

Simple solution works for me. Never answer a call from a number you do not know and never call it back until you type the number into your search engine and WALAW you will find the info you need as to who and what they are. As in this case ignore them as i do with a smile and good luck attitude.

Well you shouldn't be such a smart [***] because I've never had an account with Swiss Colony or any other mail order catalog and the sob's keep calling me, every day, multiple times a day. I blocked them from calling, but they obviously aren't bothered by that because they keep on calling.

OK - I read the listing but why are they continuing to call on an on-call phone? This phone belongs to a hospital and we tell them WEEKLY (they don't call except 2-3 times week NOT 20 times a day) who we are and we are not the person they are wanting to call. They keep calling. That's whats upsetting. So today - I did complete a  DO NOT CALL Complaint and explained the situation.  I do have an issue when I'm on call and the phone rings - I am immediately ready to spring into action on to find its a collection call for someone else..
