I got a text message from this number that had an urgent message from CHASE bank.  The above number was in a link from the text message, but when I called chase bank I was told that it was a phishing scam.  I would like to get the information for the phone number's owner, but the information is at a small cost for most providers of addresses from phone number look ups.   Since I had to cancel my card and get a new card, I cannot pay for the service electronically until I get a new card.   But I would like to send a snail mail letter to the mentally disturbed psychotic suffering from delusions so they will be educated to the fact that they are not chase bank.  It is only a psychotic episode and they will be hospitalised to protect the public from harm because they can be arrested under mental health law 9.41.
