Hi what is the company name to call to handle this business

I have offically decided to ignore their calls.  I have talked to my bank and they told me that I have paid more than enough to them with the interest only payments.  My bank has advised me that they need to send me a letter verifing the debt and an address that I can send payments to.  They refuse to do that, so we're stuck there.

They keep harassing me and i think they called at work!  I never applied for anything with them and don't want it and just cussed them out for the harassment and stated that I would report them to the police!

They are also going by Accurate Finance too. Trying to get them to stop deducting from my account. Can't reach a person so have to send another email.

I work for a bank where a customer went through this company. We have tried stop payments and they DO NOT WORK! account needs to be CLOSED ASAP and yes they will use different amounts and different names. BEWARE!!!!!!

WE DIDN'T APPLY FOR A CAR LOAN.  HOW DO THEY GET OUR PHONE #?? I CALLED, I YELLED, I ASKED NICELY AND WE STILL GET CALLS.  HELP!!!!!!!!

I applied for a loan with these guys but declined the loan.  I just received a call  from Hale & Coleman Legal Associates and they are stating that I am being investigated by the Dept of Crime Prevention for fraud of banking regulations.  When I asked to speak with someone who speaks clear English so I could understand what this is about I was told that an arrest warrant would be served on me at work on Friday.  I tried to explain that I did not receive a loan so do not understand what this is about I was told that even if you decline the loan you still have to pay back all fees for financing.  I told Patirck that I was told if I declined the loan that was the end of it.  He again said that they would send the affidavit and arrest warrant to be served to me at work on Friday.  The number they call from and have you call back is 323-426-6360.

I got the same call. I filled out the information to see if I qualified for the loan but never completed the loan process. I got called today and couldn't even understand the person talking. Saying something like I was being sued for fraud! WTF! That is crazy! I explained that I never even completed the loan and they said I'm still responsible for the cancelation fees. This company is a joke. Thank god I didnt compete the process. What ever happened? Do they still harrass you or did they show up at your job?

This is not American loan number someone is scamming u and u can't go to jail for non payment

I also filled out a loan with american web loan and have been advised by my lawyer that bankrupcy is the best route for me and they will not stop calling and as for the phone calls my lawyer advised to remind them under the fair debt collection act they cant not herass u or call at work and they to come a reasonable agreement on repayment i have reported to the better bussiness berou and i thank all for their adress and ur imput good luck and talk a lawyer asap for your own protection

I took loan from them 11/14/13 amount of 400.00 and still paying for it

Sounds like a scam to me, extortion scam. And no you are not responsible for any "fee's" of any kind if you didn't take the loan.

Anyone who threatens arrest, or calls themselves the "Department of Crime Prevention" is a scammer, probably  spoofing numbers of known companies in order to scare you into giving them money. Always, always demand written verification of a loan, never, ever agree to payments over the phone. You give up a lot of rights when you agree to make payments. Don't let them scare you. Demand to deal with them on your terms, not theirs.

This number called my DNC listed land line today at 1240 hours.  The background was noisy with chatter and then some woman asked for a "Regina something-or-another."  I told her she very much had the wrong number.  She replied, "Oh, I'm sorry.  This isn't the YMCA?"  I assured her that it most certainly was not.  She said she must have the wrong number.  She must REALLY have the wrong number because there's no YMCA even remotely close to me and none in my town's local area code.  Based on what other people report about this phone number, I have to wonder if someone didn't fudge my phone number on some loan application.

I just looked on this web site to find out who this number belongs to.  My caller I? reads "vanessa Perez" but the number is an 800 number.  Odd, we don't have a loan with thiese guys, American Web Loan.  Why did you jerks call my home this morning?  I bought a Sentry phone number blocker and this number is now blocked.  Thanks.
