- BJ replies to HarryReceived same message from 877-637-7343. Knew immediately it was a scam.
- JimABSOLUTE FRAUD with a new twist:
Female voice on recorded message reporting that your Microsoft license has expired and all Microsoft & Windows functions on your computer have been shut down. Messages asks you to call back another 800 number to re-activated your Microsoft license and restore your computer. I am guessing they want you to call them as a way to circumvent fraud charges as they can say you initiated the contact requesting their services.
Microsoft would never call you regarding issues with your use license, just the standard leaches preying on the naive to make an illegal buck.- Caller: 877-637-7343
- JackyLeft a message telling me that license for Windows was expired and to call back 844 - 308 - 6816

- NdakotaCalled and left a computer generated vm. The call was about my microsoft computer. They stated there was a problem with it and I needed to let them fix it. RIGHT!!! Just as soon as the the leader of the terrorist ISIS group becomes a Jewish rabbi. Then we can sit down and enjoy a cup of java.

- Not born last night replies to HarryCheck out the posts for the call-back # 844-308-6816. Techibis is company that # goes back to. Guessing it's a dummy corp. If look on their comment section of website, the company set up in 2016, but notice date of one and only comment.
Then, look up askpcexperts and see how many complaints are against them about charging $249 for them to use team viewer and put viruses on your computer, or change drives, etc instead of whatever they said they would do.
Sadly, I guess most of the folks they scam do searches AFTER they're scammed, instead of before. - Anonym| 1 replyMicrosoft scam. Their new scam is saying your license expired. Windows licenses don't expire! Hung up and now blocked.

It's been a while since I've been on here, but if possible, would you put a "sticky" post for all the current and future phone #s related with this scam on page 1 of this # so it can be updated all in one area?
Thanks!!- Caller: "Microsoft"/Techibis/askpcexperts
- azturtle53I received a robot call from 877-637-7343 multiple times today saying that that my MS license is expired and I won't be able to use computer and to call 844-308-6816. I called that number, knowing this is a SCAM and asked them to give me verifiying information that they were really calling from Microsoft. The guy w/ a heavy accent was obviously from India, gave me the "corporate" number 315-407-4060 and that manager is Daniel Bryan with MS id MS895623. I proceded to let the guy know I believe he is a scammer and that MS does not call people like this, etc... He did not lose his cool but acted very professional and when I asked if they were in India, said they are in Brooklyn, NY on N 32nd St (very difficult to understand him). I used a Sideline number w/ a different state area code, to call from when I was accusing him of being a scammer, not my home number as I did the first time as that's the number they called. They are good at scamming and I feel sorry for people who actually fall for this crap! BEWARE!!

- PamelaPreviously to the number 1-877-637-7343 I received approximately 10 calls regarding my computer:same India voice using a different name each time wanting to say my computer has a problem etc. Every time I recognized the voice, I immediately hung up . This time I didn't even say hello, by merely picking up the phone a woman with forceful voice said your computer will not have service. Then before she uttered another word I hung up. Also in the past I received the scam about the law suit against me. I also hung up and tried to report the number to the IRS.
