Call on 4/3/2025, the message was in regards to a legal case against me.  The information included a case # & a phone number.  It's my understanding the if there's a legal case against any one they are notified by the courts and not some document service.  I believe this is a scam.

I rec'd a voice mail stating that it's a legal matter being brought against me and they left a file number and this 877 # to contact them back. I believe it's a scam.

I had a voice mail about a complaint filed in their office, with a number to call back immediately to avoid further action.  Caller's name was Michelle.  She had an accent.  Didn't leave a business name.

They call from different numbers leaving same messages as others have listed but always same case number an  different call back numbers , they always have accents .

This was the message,
'Good day, This is Anne calling from National Document Services. I am calling to follow up on complaint filed in our office against you reference case number 4......To get a copy of complaints or discuss the pendind action being filed, you will need to contact the legal department at 877-643-3564. contact will need to be made immediately to avoid any further action being taken.

These people are a joke threatening legal action for a debt that isn’t mine then wanted to hang up in my face when I told them it didn’t belong to me

They called my phone and left a message for my brother "in reference to an urgent legal matter..." they mentioned a case number. The caller did not leave a name, nor mentioned what company she was calling from. This clearly has nothing to do with me, as I'm sure they know.

Received the same call as others claim, but regarding my ex- wife. Did not call back partly because I have no idea how to get hold of her.

They keep calling and leaving messages about a legal matter with case number that starts with a 4 and that to prevent further action to give them a call. I get called about 3-5 times a month with this crap.. don’t fall for these scams. They even called my best friend

They call about 4-5 times a month and leave voice messages. How can this even be right. Harrasing people like they do

Received a call from a local # (812.248.8694) with a case # and they mentioned my ex husband's name. Then a different voice came on the line and said I need to call "IMMEDIATELY" to avoid legal action. Got many of these a few months ago. Guess they are starting again. Return call # in the message was 877.643.3564

Received a VM from this # and 8773549973, both stating a case against me and my address. And that I needed to respond or further action would be taken. Must be a scam...

Called from a spoofed Number Caller ID said PEETS COFFEE and TEA 630-297-4037. Then left a  message with my name telling me the file number and I needed to call back. This is Tiffany calling with NATIONWIDE DDS. We are subcontract throughout the County. I have a sales attempt to deliver certified legal mail to your residence before the firm proceeds without your consent this is the final notice in regards to updating a current address or rescheduling the formal complaint notice, This call gives you 24 hours as a courtesy hold. You can reach the firm Directly at 877-310-3564 and provide them the file number you have yourself a wonderful day

Same here, not even for me but my brother who passed away six years ago. I want so badly to call her back and scream out all my pain at her with the foulest of language but I’m currently sick and lost my voice. But when it returns, 😉

Called stating from U.S. documents office, left a case number and call back number. Stated it was against my brother who passed away six years ago.

877-310-2377.  Today it was an urgent matter with a reference #, claiming there's a complaint against me.  A woman from phone # 414-376-2377 forwarded a recorded message to call the 877 number.  A few weeks ago I told a woman off,  said I was filing a complaint to the FCC.  She had wanted my address to forward documents.  Wow. They must scrub the internet and find little pieces of info to put together this BS to threaten us!!

“This call is in reference to an urgent legal matter that requires your immediate attention this message is intended for Kyle Kelly 428616 I am calling from the mediation department regarding file number 428616 this call is regarding the notification of a pending complaint being held against you you need to contact the issuing office immediately at 877-310-3564 failure to comply will result in further action being taken against you this call is logged and recorded as proof efforts have been made to notify you contact the firm immediately at 877-310-3564…”

Call from a local phone number I’m assuming they hacked, always looking for my mother. Blocked them multiple times throughout the past year, never pick up the phone but they don’t give up. Finally called them back today telling them I’m not who they’re looking for and they said my number will be removed. Voicemails they leave say they’re gonna drop off paperwork at my moms house if I don’t want to solve the matter over the phone. In the beginning it was believable because my mom has some debts from years ago but I got enough information to know that the debt was just made up. We’ve never left the west coast and they said she had debts in Michigan, when I called them out all the said was “we’ll see you in court” and hung up on me.

This is a SCAM call..a woman with a Strong Accent telling me that I have a case and documents needs to be signed..
