They are a straight scam calling both my parents even trying get them to pay

Got a call from this number. Voicemail was a lady stating an urgent legal matter and wanted me to call 877-310-3564 immediately. No name of who I was to call and no reference number. I’m a senior and this sounds like a scam. My called ID did not show who the call was from.

From the previous posts, this is a "Fake Process Server" scam.  They want you to call them back so they can claim that they are going to take you to court for an old debt that you (supposedly) owe.
They will claim that they are contacting you on behalf of a (bogus) law firm or that they are a (bogus) law firm that is (supposedly) preparing to sue you to collect the debt.
If asked about the debt they will tell you a date several years in the past (far enough back that you might think you forgot to pay it, but usually also far enough back that a real law firm would know they could no longer sue someone to collect it), very often they will claim it is an old payday loan.
They will make an offer to drop the lawsuit if you agree to pay the debt over the phone, and will sweeten the "deal" by giving a large discount on the amount to be paid if you pay right then and there.

The whole thing is a scam!
Block any numbers they have or make other calls from and tell other family members that they should do the same.  Scammers like these are known to call anyone (family, friends, neighbors, past and present employers) that they can connect to their intended victim in hopes of embarrassing them into calling the scammers back hoping to make the calls stop.
