This  caller claim to Be Bret Foster and attempt to sound like a process server. Threaten to come to home or office to sign papers of a legal nature???

IF he was a REAL process server, he would NOT warn you that he was coming!

this female called my number blocked in regards to a relative and in his legal documents stating that they need him asap to call them at 877-657-9936. she mentioned that she was calling from north west carrier and him to call the numbe above. i called my relative and she stated that there were three unknow calls today yelling and asking for her husbands infor. i will be reporting this to the 1800-scam hotline and phone company. they are wasting my minutes.

received a call today from a female stating she was from a legal office trying to collect a debt..if we did not get back to her, she would show up at house or work to serve papers for court..she was extremely rude, and while I was on phone with her, family googled number....877-657-9936.....scam!

Received a voice mail today for Rachael Murawski from a 'personal courier' and that they would show up tomorrow a.m. at her home and work to get her  signature on papers. I know Rachael, but she has nothing to do with my phone number, it has never been her phone. Had me worried!!

He is not a process server.  He is likely trying to collect on an old debt, and possibly one you don't owe.  I have received calls from him about 3 times in the last three years, and never once has anyone come to my home or place of business.  He is using familiar legal terms, but I know the court system where I live, and everything he has said to me is not at all how lawsuits are filed or served in my county.  Don't respond, but save his messages, in case you ultimately need to file a complaint at some point for harassment.

Threatened to come out and serve paperwork with a case number. Called the court house with the file number. No such thing. Burn these peoples business to the ground.
