    The Email that I received with this number on it claims to be "US Med" which we've been dealing with about a blood glucose monitor.  But it has a dual tracking header in "Mime Format."

    We'll CALL THEM with the number that we already have from past dealings rather than the one in the email that is requesting a credit card number for the patient part of the cost.  (We've reached the maximum out of Pocket for this year on the insurance so it should cover the full amount.)

    Therefore it sounds suspiciously like a phishing attempt that had access to the fact that we have been dealing with US Med.
