I received mail claiming my "home warranty may be expiring" or "may have already expired." I was unaware of any such warranty, called their above # 877-671-1027.  He used several ways to avoid my request for even that alleged policy's NUMBER, then he told me "I can't pry into your information" like that, he couldn't legally do that. (tell me info on the policy he claims I have/had with them)
**He encouraged me to look them up on BBB, said they have a great rating... "Omega Home Care." Well, I would have anyway, and see that Omega Home Care (Service or System) are HEALTH home care businesses, medical help in your home. I'd also asked what city they are headquartered in (having used BBB previously). He gave the incorrect city. They try to baffle you with b.s. by saying "look us up on BBB" but it is not them.

I was also given the #576-9811 as the customer service # which leads to Superior... https://www.bbb.org/us/mo/o-fallon/profile/ho ... 7005/complaints with a B- Rating!!!  but history of similar complaints which at least they settled.

I was offered a 3 yr plan, for $395 down, with 12 monthly payments of $329. ($4,343) with only a $75 deductible.  I asked per year or for the 3 years? Per call.  I asked several times for info about the (alleged) current/prior warranty, finally claiming I'd have an issue to take up with the builder not telling me I had that, (very unlikely), since I paid out of pocket for repairs and replacement of refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, 2 HVAC systems over the years, so he claimed they'd offset what I had personally paid out for all of that, and offered $195 down, monthly $197/mo, 18 months  $3546, ($3741).

Beware SCAM...Received letter from Home Warranty Dept. No company name or address. Phone number 1-877-671-1027.
A 'Registration Fee Voucher' was attached with note on bottom that says 'this is not a check' ( sure looks like one though!) Says the home warranty for my address, secured by my current lender, may be expiring or may have already expired. (I don't even have a mortgage!)

I received letter with this phone number on it.
'This letter is to inform you that the property's home warranty at.... my address...secured by your current lender (I don't have any), may be expiring or already expired. Our record indicate that you HAVE NOT CONTACTED us yet to get your Home Warranty up to date.'

What idiots they are, no address, haha, or I would be idiot to respond to this.
Yes, and there is Registration Fee Voucher on $199.00.
    Right :)

I am so glad of the comments regarding this company!  I was about to call them this morning and ask what this is all about,  I thought it was legit initially because I have enrolled in one program to help in case my sewer system has issues and thought this was one that I had forgotten.   These companies are buying inform by so many companies that don't give a crap except to make money at your expense.   Thanks to Kellie I ain't waste my time to get SCAMMED!  Thanks Kellie.

I received the same thing today. NOTHING on the letter identifies them in any way. It was only by Googling the phone number were they identified. And the "check", or the item designed to LOOK like a check but isn't??? I'm guessing it's one of those things where your depositing it starts a contract with them. How are these scammers not in prison???

They try to sucker you in by adding a fake voucher to the letter. The only thing they're going to hear out of hubby and me is the sound of the shredder shredding the letter up
