When I answered the phone there was no one on the line.  I called the number back and it's Sprint asking if I would like to add another line to our service.  What is that about????

Same here.  They have called me several times in the past two weeks, and I was finally able to get somebody on the other end to talk.  He identified himself as being from Sprint, and that the call may be monitored for quality assurance purposes.  I said OK, and then the next few questions made no sense at all.  I asked him to speak up, he asked me if everything was OK and I said, yes, but I'm busy what can I help you with?  I heard some garbage on the other end so I hung up.

Me too!  they have called me three times trying to get me to open a third line. I have told them every single time that i have no need for a third line.  The guy actually said I could give it to a friend, co worker or my son's girlfriend (my son is nine) its getting very irritating
