Just got this call, well actually it was in my voice box from back 7 /14/ 2023 .  It's now almost Sept. and nothing came of it.  They try to scare you into calling back to get more personal information. Please report them if it happens to you to the ReportFraudGovt   website.     These people are scammers.

No, they're trying to scare you into paying them money., Your info is worthless to them.
Real process servers don't call in advance. Nor do they take money to not serve you, which is what these scammers will tell you if you were to call them back.
