This is a scam.  They call with threats of prosecution if you don't pay money.  Don't cooperate.

called and told me that they were just down the street with the sheriff to deliver a summons to inform me of wage garnishment but then just leave this phone number with a case number and say good luck

Called my girlfriend today from a blocked number and identified himself as Wendell lWright. Said he was a process server and that my gf had two hours to contact a lawyers office to settle out of court. The number given was 214-671-7148. Threatened to come to her residence and work place. Said she passed a bad check.

They are calling my family and my place of employment. they told me that they were going to serve me a summons to come to court. When I asked them who was the summons from they couldn't tell me.I asked them to stop calling my place of employment. she said her name was Aspen Winter and she said that she is going to serve me in two hours.

Threatened to take me to court for $1,100 they say I borrowed from them never heard of company !!! Some how they got my acct # an tried to take money how now it's a mess , blocked acct. this is a scam it's sad people stoop this low , would love to see them prosecuted !!!

When I first got this message I was wondering what in the world I could've done wrong. Luckily thanks to this website I was able to find out it was a fraud before calling them back or anything. They said I had 2 hours to contact them because I was in breach of contract and I was going to court if I didn't cooperate. Total scam!
