Definitely a scam. Never reply if they do not provide a company name. I get these a few times a week in different formats with different numbers. It's getting old real fast.

I got the text with the above message.  I knew to look up the number 877-671-8380 on my computer.  I'm reporting now.

Received a text. Clearly a scam! Zero company information on their end. Didn’t know who I was or state my name. Nope. Try someone else who’s not as competent.

877-671-8380 is one of many numbers they’ll tell you to call back and always involves a spoofed local number. The text always vary to try and trigger you. Just keep reporting them and maybe look into filing a TCPA compliant with a consumer rights attorney.

Text messages should be forwarded to 7726 so that Carriers will block them.  I doubt that you will ever get enough information from them to file any type of lawsuit.
