Find out whos calling

This caller identified herself as being with the "Summon's Office" and threatend to call the sherriff if we did not give out contact info for the person in question. She was abusive and threatening and accused us of trying to prevent her from being served. .

I just got the same call......... What can we do to get these stopped?

I also received that call on Thursday September 15th,purporting to be from "Jenna Gibson" from "our"? Processing and Summons Division.Possibly from "a" - although she had worked her accent into a robotic voice that was hard to understand.But it immediately made me wonder WHICH "processing and summons division"? - especialy when she mentioned that the "case" was against a "Christoher Griffin".
Although she quoted my name at the beginning of the call - which I assumed was lifted from the phone book,along with my number - I have never known a Christopher Griffin (outside of the animated character on 'Family Guy').

The other searches seem to suggest this number refers to a Golf Shop? But I had no intention of caling this number,since there were too many indications that the Caller simply wants me to acknowledge my number by calling back - and therefore taking myself OFF any do-not-call list,by placing myself ON their list of customers.

Received a call from this numbr and a John Graham, who claimed the victim would be arrested if she did not provide a credit card number for an old payday loan. The victim did not have a credit card and "Graham" told her to find a friend who did have one or he was going to come from Boston and have her arrested (not hardly). The victim got the CC # of a friend and gave it to him. After a couple of hours, the friend cancelled the card because she thought it was a scam. These folks are trying to scare people into giving confidential information under the threat of arrest for bills not owed. They will call your personal phone, work, relatives, etc. just to scare/intimidate you.
