    Did not recognize. Robocall left message claiming they were from ATT/Direct TV, and that "my account" was "qualified" for 50% off. To obtain discount, I was requested to call this phone number.  I do not have an ATT/Direct TV account. Blocked number. The number called is on the Do Not Call list; thus this would be a Federal violation.
