    The $1.95 is for postage to send a membership package from "Smart Living by Solutions" Encore Marketing.  After this, you will be charged $14.95 per month until and unless you call them and cancel the membership.  How one falls into this trap, I don't know.

    I ordered a product from  this company. Apparently, when I placed an order with them they automatically signed me up for this so called reward club.
    I received a bill on my card for $14.95, which I was not expecting. I called and the lady was very courteous, and said she would refund the money. When asked why I was billed she said it was automatic when I entered my email address....So I will not order from them again. I am sure they count on us not checking out a small order like that. Fortunately I dont use that card much and I did notice it.
    How can you order without giving your email address? Mine is cancelled.

    I have the same problem that Maryl has.  I have charged $14.95 for the last 12 months!!  I did not catch it! (my fault) BUT I never received a notice, a package from the club or ANY BENEFITS! All they do is take my money.
    I have a call in to them now!

    I didn't receive a call, but tried to place an order with Casual Living USA which they sent to another customer.  It took me several weeks to get them to credit my charge card for the full amount - and that was only after threat of a lawsuit and reporting to my state Attorney General Fraud unit.  Now I see they have been charging me $14.95 per month.  Oh yes, I will call them first thing Monday morning then I will notify my credit card - CitiBank to void any and all charges from them.  CitiBank is very good about situations like this.

    I just noticed $1.95 on my Visa bill, so I called them only to find out that I could expect a $14.95 charge per month.  I disputed the charges with Visa and called Solutions and they said they will credit my account...we'll see.  I will dispute each and every charge I get from them.  I bought products online because a friend told me that she loves their products.  I, too, love the things I bought but they have LOST a customer forever, because of their antics.  This is clearly dishonest because I was not asked if I wanted to "join" and if it is on the website, it is in mice-type for sure.  Beware!  Be sure to dispute the charges with the credit card.  I don't trust them to give me a credit after all the things I have seen posted.
