Mr. Howard wanting to discuss an important matter with somebody I've never heard of, also calls from 888-801-2785

Mr. Howard calling to discuss the paperwork he has on his desk...Did not say where he was from, or what the paperwork was about.  

That is not going to get me to call him back!!!

She had a meeting with people about me. I don't know who they are, but they need to end it

I just got a call from this number from a Mrs. Quinn - she gave me a dollar amount that she said I supposedly owed and the name of a loan company.  I called the loan company she referred to and was told I never had a loan with them and that this is a scam being run, not to trust the people calling from this number or give them any personal information.  She refused to identify the company she actually worked for, which if she was a legitimate bill collector or collection agency, she would have provided that information willing.

Yea I got a voice mail from her today. When I called back rhey answered as Dept of Rev, which was a lie.

Got a called today at my job saying his name was Jerry Conners and that he had some important documents on his desk that needed my attention promplty. They have even called my exhusband's mother inquiring about me. And to this day I have yet to hear what the name of the company is and anything in the mail.  So I am really baffled.  This is done like every two weeks or so.

Calls itself Dept. of Revenue Reporting.  Tries to give you the impression it is some sort of government agency.  Nothing but shady debt collectors.  

Harassing calls and threats to call human resource

A Mr. Howard called and left a message on my work phone and cell phone; "said he had the paperwork to go over".  No company name or what it was regarding.

A Mrs.Soluso called my ex husband of 8 years a voice mail stating they need to vet in touch with me they have paper waiting on their desk waiting to be filed. I called...they said they didnt have my corrwct phone #. I had filed bankruptcy and its been discharged. They stated I owe them. I called my attorney who adviced me that although they were not listed by mistake that they cannot collect. I called for there address...a Mrs. Quinn also works there.....insisted I pay. Im not....I asked for theor address...it is Revenue Reporting Service. 3221 Southwestern Blvd. , Set 236, Orchard Park, NY 14127.....they are scammers

Mrs. Soluso called for my wife saying she has paperwork on her desk that needs her attention.  She has until 3 before they decide what to do.  They are scammers.  If we owe you something, send us a notice in the mail;  follow the law.

Stop calling me and my work place .

Hey I just got a call from her too.  I guess the name of the company is Revenue Reporting??  So im going to do some further research to find out what it is.

Mr. Howard keeps calling me at work and says that he is not a debt collector that he is prelitigation. I asked him to stop calling me at work and he said the next call will be to Human Resources. I explained to him that he is violating the FDCPA and I can personally sue him as well as the company he works for.  Please don't let them intimidate you into giving them any money.  They're nothing but the scumiest of debt collectors.

I got the call today & it scared me so bad! It was from Mrs. Saluzo (not sure of the spelling). She said she was calling from Revenue Recovery & she was calling for J D Marketing Group & that I owed them $310 & that it had to be paid today/immediately. I explained I needed to discuss it with my husband & that I would call them back. They gave me 30 minutes to call them back. We called them back & my husband went back & forth with them - arguing the fact that I should have received something in the U.S. Mail.  He finally told me to just pay it. So we paid it. I hate to hear now that we were scammed out of $310! Should I call the bank to stop payment now? What do I do?

Bank call - YES!!!  Immediately.  Hopefully they can stop the payment but do not count on it.

Did you receive anything IN WRITING that was delivered by the post office?  If not you were scammed.  Expect more calls from scum like this now that you have paid one of them.

Called me at work said they had two collections and wanted me to resolve this matter today with them before they sent it to my Human Resource for collections. Quinn was her last name I owed a company called SSM Group, pay advanced company from 2 years ago not buy into this scam send me the proper paperwork by mail or get a court document then I will deal with you until then quit calling me at home and at work!!

This company has been contacting me at work and on my cell phone.  Told me they have papers to serve and I told them to go ahead and bring them to my work.  No one showed up.  I told them to put them in the mail and I never received anything in the mail.  These companies can not contact your human resources for payment on anything.  these are all scams.  Like previous posts if you do not get something in the US mail first from a legitimate company you have dealt with than these calls are scams.  I have contacted a lawyer and he said to tell them to send something to the address they have on file in the U.S. Mail and that you are going to contact your local police department and take action if they do not stop calling you and your work and your family.

Theses are zombie debt collectors. The acts they give is the address for a UPS Store.  Don't pay these chumps.... further I would be hesitant to pay the original creditor of they hired these idiots!  You pay them and they walk with your money but you still owe (If the debt is legit!)

I wouldn't sweat it....fake companies get a call from my lawyer!
