Received a call yesterday morning...something about a legal document: Call to find out????? Have no idea what legal document they could be talking about. Not calling them back.

Got a recording saying I have an unsatisfactory account and they have legal documents... Yeah it's a SCAM!

Caller leaves a recorded message with my maiden name (I've been married 8 years) stating important past due bill to call this number back and give them document #  ....nothing, no number.....then it's the end of the message.  Most likely a scam. If it's that important, I think I would have gotten a call in the last  8 years for it.....

received a call that this company has has "received documents in an unsatisfactory account" with my (maiden) name  attached. we'll i haven't used my maiden name in almost 20 yrs so sounds like some scam to me

Like all of the previous posts, received a similar call from some unknown numbers (207) 517-0901 and (802) 391-0326 stating that I should call back to the 877 number referenced in this post.  Could be scam or debt collector.

left v.m. msg--recording -stating they have recvd documents-about something legal..gave my previous last name-has not been this for several years.....gave some 877# to call back & just as they were about to give an "account", it cut off!

Same as above.  The originating # was 206 745-9700.

Received a call from (302)440-4014 stating that they had received unsatisfactory documents. They used my maiden name, however I have been married for 7 years. They asked that I call back 877.680.0046 and when they were about to give the account number it skipped and just replayed the entire message again. Total SCAM

Called back to this number and rep claims they are from Resolution  Mediation Group, but its simply a bottom-feeder Junk Debt collector with a very unprofessional, ghetto style collection technique. They actually hang up on you when raise validity on their bogus claims. Complete joke and violates many collection laws seth forth by the Federal Trade Commission. Call them back and tell them to stop the calls and if they have a claim to go ahead and get it to you in writing. Do not give them your mailing address, if they are legit they would already have that info.

Got a call today asking that I call them back as they have documents on an unsatisfactory account.  I called them back.  They lady said that I have an account that is outstanding, in my maiden name and she states that she can not give me any information in regards to when this bill even originated or in what state of even for what company.  She hung up on me when I asked for the fourth time what company is this supposed debt for.  When I call back, I get the voicemail.  Left a message and she just called me back and again when I asked her details about this bill, she hung up on me again.  First, if this is in regards to an outstanding bill, should people not be notified that your on a recorded; this lady never did.  Second, if you are going to try and collect a bill/outstanding debt from someone then you should be able to tell me what company is wanting my hard earned money.  SCAMMERS!!!!

I had the same thing happen to me last night.  They said my maiden name and I've been married for 13 years.  The call ended right before the invoice number was to be given.  I wonder where they got my information.

These people are total [***]...called asked for my son...he hasn't lived here in 25 years. Some nonsense about some legal document. Going to report them to the attorney general. Call originated from 505-278-0243, and when you call it back a woman answers who has an attitude. LMAO!

Received a call saying it was a debt collector for  Kmart and they wanted over $600 used my maiden name and had the last 4 of my social security number and my address I have never owned a Kmart card

Same as the others for me.  Hung up on me the first time they called.  Hung up on me when they called again 2 days later.  Claimed they were calling on behalf of Montgomery Wards.  I haven't shopped in a Montgomery Wards in 40 years.  Claimed to have surveillance videos dating back to 1997.  I told them fine, then the videos will show it wasn't me.

People are reporting "unsatisfactory" claims in two other threads suggested by alternate numbers provided here. The frequent references to maiden names and retailers which are not exactly thriving anymore make a curious pattern.

Called my cell and left a message. This call is for Darrell (who is that??). We received legal docs unsatisfactory, call 877-680-0046 for more info.  The originating # was 206 745-9700. I deleted the call and blocked their number. This has happened from another number with the exact same thing, but I forgot that number. They are persistent and both times still trying to reach Darrell. Funny.

Basically same as most everyone else...It's a recorded message saying  "This message is only for (They used my current name) Then another recorded message saying that they currently received documents in an unsatisfactory account with your name attached and if I wanted to find out about this grievance call the 877 # that my account # was...disconnected...What ever happened to the NO CALL LIST ??? Really works---NOT
