how do get the calls stop?

I was at work today and missed a call from a blocked number. But they left a message. They message had a woman stating: "This message is being left in accordance to state and federal law for the state of WA. We are calling in regards to a claim forwarded into the bank/fraud division of National Arbitration Services. With [NAME] listed as irrespondent. Due to the serious nature of this claim the client is allowed 48 hours for you to respond voluntarily. Failure to respond may result in this matter to be forwarded to your local jurisdiction. Contact 8-7-7-6-8-4-1-4-5-3 extension 1-0-5." Sounds really legit and also really well rehearsed and few "ah's..."in there as well. So I did some research on the National Arbitration Services...scam...I also checked my credit report to see if I owed anyone anything...the only thing I owe are student loans and I pay them on time...this is example of one of those fakers, scammers, or whatever you want to call them out there trying to get your money. DO NOT fall for it...

We also got a message from this number.  Sounds ligit also...a woman saying we are involved in a bank fraud affidavit.  She said she was calling to give us notice ahead of time.  We owe nothing to any bank...etc.  A fraudulent phone call.
