    I rec'd a VM on a very new pre-paid cell ohone that I have stating to call this number re: a "very important matter". Call time was @ 11:45 AM ET on 09/08/08. Obviously I am not going to waste my pre-paid minutes calling back.

    I received the same message on my cell phone - very important matter and that I NEED to call back today. Argh, so annoying

    i get these enough to care to look them up, and mine are all an automated female voice telling me to call back for a very important matter to do with time warner. now since time warner doesn't block caller id, this and only calls from one number, this is obviously not time warner.
