- Joe| 2 repliesWARNING: This IS National Grid collections. It is NOT a scam. Instead, it's National Grid being Stupid. If you are on AUTOPAY, their COMMON software glitch failed to take your payment out of your account. Then YOU get a call as if you failed to pay. National Grid has been pulling this BS for years, too lazy to fix their own glitch. If you get this call, do NOT ignore it because the SOBs will come after you as a non payer and you will spend HOURs fixing THEIR error. Call them back and tell them to get off their butts and fix their problem. We've been on autopay for decades and got one of these calls. If you don't call, they will continue to badger you and you could go to collections because their IT people are too stupid to fix their own problem.

- Tygerkat replies to Joe| 1 replyWARNING! This MIGHT be National Grid but it might also be someone spoofing the number.
By the way, why are you even here? You clearly know who called you so there's no logical reason for you to look up the phone number. - mimisrelics replies to TygerkatYour answer makes no sense.
