received a call from 877-689-0857 stating that when they last spoke to me on 5/15 my atty was suppose to call and he never called and told me they were not allowed to speak with me about the problem only my atty

I got a call about a formal complaint being filled against me 8 no this is scam I called attorney general office

I had been receiving repeated calls from this number they said there's been a complaint filed under mi name the man  sound really formal and threatening, I know it's a scam what can it be done?

Called and left message saying i had something against me by law they have to inform me. Couldn't understand what she was saying cause she was talking fast but I don't know who or what they are talking about

Claim to be attorneys office Samuel Epstein and is owner of company.  Stating there's claims against me.  But refuse to send me information by mail.  Complete scam.  Law firms always send you something by certified mail.  Don't give them any of your information.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

This is a scammer that wants to steal your identity.  He's a crazy scam man who needs money. Nut back get you a damm job work for the money just like we do. Ignore this man he goes by the name don. Never give your information to dummies that call you from weird numbers you don't know.

Same here received call stating they will be out between noon and 5:00 pm to serve me with the documents. Refuse to give me any other information.

No information to serve. They're hoping they scare you enough to fork out money or financial information. Be looking for the Invisible Man to make an appearance near you.

Received a call from "unknown".  Left a vmail asking to return call to 877-689-0857.  Called the number stating they are filing a claim against me. The "director of operations" is a Shawn Hill. They sent an email requesting same.  SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Beware people.

Call from Tamika Jones from Advanced Arbitration Solutions although initially she said company name was NAR operations.  She said they had a civil matter on me and had my private information and wanted me to verify my SSN.  I told her no and she told me good luck in court.
