Received text message from 619-630-1321. Wanted me to call 877-689-6567 and give a statement. Did not say who they are.

The same here. This is the third time someone has sent me a texting me exact same thing. I have blocked and reported.

Called the number out of curiosity. They claim to be law Firm but don't state name. They say I am in default of a payday loan that is 10 years old, and I never took out as I was out of the country when it supposedly happened.  Not yo mention the statute of limitations expired 5 years ago.

Received text message from 619 area code...did some checking found out its a collection agency/law firm...Benson and Kane..scam..blocked and reported.....

Received a text message saying a statement is needed to call the office. Find it odd they text but dont call or send something thru the mail they even put a case number on there.
