    First said they were Frontier, but when pressed claimed that Frontier hired them to be my new network administrator, and I needed my telephone wiring changed to fiber optic.  When I pressed the issues, her boss told me that I would need two lines, not one, plus other equipment.  When I said no, she told me my phone would not work in 30 days.  A check with BBB shows an F rating.
