800 Service is how it reads on caller id. No Message. I called it back. It is  a cold call from Lending Tree.

This is not a cold call from Lending Tree. It is a number that was in place of the caller's I'd. The actual number is a scammer. The listed number is 231 217 9999 which is a scammer/spammer.

Well, for me, I picked up the 877-697-3548 against my better judgement.  There was nothing but this number on caller ID.   It was a guy with an East Indiana accent and he said he was from Microsoft Windows and my computer sent them signals that it was not working properly.  I said "No you're not, you are a scam artist. Do not call this number again."

Why do you bother? DON' T answer if you don't know the caller, or block it.. If evrybody stopped trying to talk to them, they would go away.
