Multiple calls saying they have important court documents. Seems like a scam to me!

Received voicemail from "Unknown" stating the message was for ME, yet it was to inform that they're releasing documents to be sent to my BROTHER.  They provided a callback number and reference number.  Upon calling the number and giving the reference number, they stated the docs were for my brother who is listed at my address.  I informed them I'm not him, and he doesn't use my phone # or address.  They said he'll need to call them with the same info to get any information.  They hung up when I asked what company they're with.  They will not answer my return calls now.  Goes to a voicemail stating I can leave a message for extension 11030.
