A remote connection scam - which connects remotely to your computer as they shadow you and try to take information from your computer and will try to install software to your computer. They are using logmein.com. Claiming to be microsoft repair service and give out a six digit code to access your own computer. DO NOT LET THEM IN!!!! REPORT to logmein ASAP.

I have gotten two calls in the past two days from an East Indian man who is very hard to understand but so far what I can deduce is he is a computer tech who works for a company who have been contracted to assist new computer purchasers, must be through the computer company or the store.  His accent is sooooo thick I can not understand him .  Radar went up because if I was having difficulties with the internet why is someone calling me?The company is listed on the internet with this phone number.....

Two calls from same East INDIAN man with very thick accent within the past two days (Sept.7 and 8, 2011).  He is so hard to understand that I could only make out a few words...internet, microsoft, computer.....I hung up on him the first time and this last time I asked for his phone number...the above is the number he gave me....which by the way took about 10 minutes because I couldn't understand the last three numbers he was saying.......think he may be the one frustrated about this call.....lol

My senior mother just received a call from Peter Wilson who told he me must download files on to her computer immediately. He started off by saying "this is not a scam". He talked very quickly and with a very thick accent. He said the company was OTS in Ontario.
