    Received a call from this number this morning @ 11:07 am starting he was from att dsl customer service. although I have been dealing with their csr for a couple of days because of issues, I just feel this was not a legitimate call cause even att wouldn't hire someone with this level of non-English language skills.
    Also, caller id read "toll free caller".
