    Very convincing DO NOT fall for this.  I was busy and rattled so I believed that I may have missed a payment.  When you call back you will receive what sounds like the exact Consumers Energy recording and menu.  BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

    Yea, Carlos from "Austin Energy" called; he is a "technician" (why wouldn't the billing department call?) Wants me to call this number because a truck has already been dispatched to cut power to a house I no longer own, from a service not available in that area. LOL
