877-707-9099 is CenturyLink (formerly Qwest), calling businesses to try and "win" them back.  I missed a call from this number and could find no information about on the net, so...  I called it back.  A very nice person answered and explained what they doing, and apologized for the inconvenience.

Caller is calling on behalf of Centurylink to try and save 35% on our service.  Not interested.  I already have an account rep, why would they cold call with another person?

Got another call from Century Link. They will not take "no", "not interested" and " We are under contract for our phone services"  for an answer.

The gentleman that called today said that he knows I have spoken to anyone as nice, respectful and "as good looking" as he is. I told him that is nice, but, we will not be changing our phone service.
Said he is just trying to provide a service. Explained we have a 3 year contract that we are not going to change at this time. Man said he just wants to tell me about their services. Explained as we are not looking for phone internet services for a couple of years at best, this is a waste of his time and mine. Man replied that "helping people is never a waste" of his time. Tried to go back into his spiel. Again informed him we are not interested and ask that they stop calling. Asked that they remove our number from their calling list.

This is the second call this week where I have told them the same thing. We get at least a call every week or two for the past couple of months.

Get an updated calling list. Maybe comments about your looks are amusing to your co-workers, but, they are not going to get me as a customer. Century Link's persistence in continuing to call after I have asked them to stop and told them that we are not interested have pretty well guaranteed I will not be a customer.

Received a phone call from this number. The sales caller told me to take my hand off the phone and bash my head in with the phone set.
